2. Description of Service

Bidoryx is an AI-powered Google Ads optimization platform that provides:

• Bid optimization recommendations
• Quality score analysis and improvement suggestions
• Negative keyword discovery
• Device and day-parting analysis
• One-click optimization application to Google Ads

3. Account Registration

To use Bidoryx, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Be at least 18 years old
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Google Ads Account Connection

To use our optimization features, you must connect your Google Ads account using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your account, you:

• Authorize Bidoryx to access your Google Ads data
• Authorize Bidoryx to make changes to your Google Ads account when you click "Apply"
• Confirm you have authority to manage the connected Google Ads account

You can disconnect your Google Ads account at any time from your account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Bidoryx only for lawful purposes
• Not violate any applicable laws or Google Ads policies
• Review all recommendations before applying them
• Take responsibility for changes made to your Google Ads account
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform
• Not use automated systems to access our service without permission

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Pricing

Bidoryx offers various subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our website and may change with notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are processed through Stripe.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Intellectual Property

Bidoryx and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bidoryx and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bidoryx is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Specific results or improvements in your Google Ads performance
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of all recommendations

You use our recommendations at your own discretion and risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidoryx shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Changes made to your Google Ads account based on our recommendations
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the past 12 months

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bidoryx harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time with reasonable notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use Bidoryx ceases immediately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
